LIMITED TO SIX STUDENTS · HANDS-ON PRACTICE WITH MODELS · LUNCH PROVIDED EACH DAY
True confidence does not come from watching someone else. It comes from practicing, asking questions, receiving feedback, and mastering the skills yourself.
Knowing the steps is not the same as feeling ready.
Many head spa trainings focus primarily on the sequence of a service. But after the class ends, the practical questions begin.
How do you assess a client’s scalp safely and confidently?
Which equipment is actually right for your room and budget?
What should you know before making plumbing decisions?
How do you price the experience, explain it to your community, create consistent bookings, and build a business people return to?
Oasis Head Spa Academy was created to help close that gap.
You will learn how to perform an elevated head spa service—and how the clinical, operational, experiential, and business pieces work together. The goal is not for you to leave merely comfortable with a sequence. The goal is for you to leave more capable, more confident, and better prepared to create something sustainable.
Learn the full reality of offering head spa services at a high standard.
Oasis Academy combines evidence-based education, extensive hands-on practice, luxury guest experience, and honest business guidance from people doing the work every day.
-
Practice, Not Just Observation
Practice on authentic, plumbed head spa beds, receive individual guidance, and build confidence through repetition and feedback.

-
Elevated Guest Experience
Learn how thoughtful consultations, personalized treatments, service flow, and sensory details turn a treatment into an experience.
-
Honest Business Education
Explore pricing, profitability, operations, marketing, booking, policies, retention, retail, and the startup mistakes that are easier to avoid with the right guidance.
-

With only six students, there is time to ask questions, practice, connect, and receive help based on your specific goals.

Three focused days. A small group. Real practice.
The Academy is structured to move from strong foundations to guided practice and practical implementation. You will have space to ask questions, work with models, receive feedback, and think through how the lessons apply to your own goals.
-
Day One — Foundations
We’ll begin with the principles behind safe, thoughtful head spa care. We will explore scalp health, consultation, analysis, anatomy and physiology, contraindications, sanitation, products, and the reasoning behind the treatment experience.
-
Day Two — Technique & Experience
Next, we’ll start extensive hands-on learning. Practice treatment flow, product application, massage and luxury techniques, personalization, pacing, and client comfort with guidance and feedback throughout the day.
-
Day Three — Setup, Systems & Growth
Connect the service to the business behind it. We will cover equipment, plumbing, room setup, pricing, operations, marketing, retail, retention, and the practical decisions involved in creating or improving a head spa business.
Students first practice in pairs with one another, then work with provided models on days two and three. Model sessions simulate a real appointment from start to finish, including the consultation, scalp analysis, and head spa experience. Lunch is included each day. Because the group is limited to six students, the schedule can include conversation, troubleshooting, and individual guidance—not just lectures.
Is the Academy Right for You?
Built for people who are serious about doing this well.
You do not need to hold a current beauty or wellness license to attend Oasis Head Spa Academy. The Academy welcomes both established professionals and people exploring a new direction within the beauty and wellness industry. The certificate is designed to strengthen your professional education and create new opportunities for growth, but it does not replace any license required to perform services in your state or jurisdiction.
This may be a good fit if you are:
Planning to open a head spa and want a clearer path forward
Already operating a head spa but feel stuck with technique, systems, bookings, or growth
Adding head spa services to an existing beauty or wellness business
A beauty or wellness professional who wants deeper, hands-on education
An entrepreneur researching whether a head spa business is the right opportunity
Looking for practical guidance from people who have built and operated real head spa locations
Willing to participate, practice, ask questions, and receive feedback
This may not be the right fit if you are:
Looking only for a quick demonstration or a certificate with minimal participation
Unwilling to practice hands-on with models
Expecting one weekend to replace any professional license required in your state
Looking for guaranteed income or a one-size-fits-all business formula
Not prepared to research and follow your own state and local regulations
Professional licensing and scope-of-practice requirements vary by location. Students are responsible for confirming what is legally required to offer head spa services in their own state or jurisdiction. Oasis Academy education does not replace a license where one is required.
Not Just a Certificate
Leave with more clarity, stronger skills, and greater confidence.
Students will receive a certificate upon completion, but the goal of the Academy is much bigger than a document.
You’ll leave with:
Hands-on practice with core head spa techniques
A stronger foundation in scalp analysis and client safety
A clearer understanding of treatment-room equipment, plumbing, and workflow
Practical ideas for services, pricing, operations, marketing, retail, and retention
Greater confidence creating a personalized, luxury guest experience
Honest insight into what it takes to open, improve, and sustain a head spa business
A clearer list of next steps for your own business or professional goals
Connections with a small group of people building within the same industry
Course materials including a head spa blueprint, printed manual, and slides
The purpose of the Academy is not simply to show you what Oasis does. It is to help you understand why each part matters and how to make informed decisions for the experience you want to build.

About Jenna & Oasis
Oasis was built from personal need, clinical perspective, and real-world experience.
Before Oasis, Jenna was a travel nurse dealing with chronic headaches and searching for relief. When she experienced a true head spa—not a quick salon add-on, but an intentional experience centered on scalp care, relaxation, and nervous-system relief—she recognized something that was missing in her own community.
Her nursing background had already shown her how deeply stress can affect the body. Headaches, tension, sleep, and overall well-being are connected. Oasis grew from the belief that scalp care and deep restoration could be delivered through an experience that felt both elevated and genuinely supportive.
Since then, Jenna and the Oasis team have built and operated head spa locations, served thousands of guests, refined treatment protocols, developed systems, selected equipment and products, navigated staffing and operations, and learned what it takes to introduce a still-unfamiliar service to a local market.
Oasis Head Spa Academy brings those lessons together. Jenna teaches from clinical knowledge, personal experience, and the day-to-day reality of building the business—not theory alone.
